摘要
基于物理学中的耦合理论,建立创新与区域经济的耦合协调度评价模型和评价体系,从时序和截面两个角度分析广东省创新驱动能力与经济发展水平,并进一步对两系统的耦合协调度进行测度和评价,以期发现广东省在创新驱动发展中存在的问题,为推进创新与经济耦合协调发展提供建议。研究结果表明,近年来广东省创新驱动发展协调度较高,但也存在创新产出不足和成果转化能力需要加强等问题。
Based on the coupling theory in physics, this paper establishes the coupling coordination evaluation model and evaluation system concerning innovation and regional economy. Accordingly, it analyzes the innovation ability and the economic development level of Guangdong Province from the two aspects of timing and cross-section. Furthermore, it measures and evaluates the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in order to find out the problems in the innovation-driven development of Guangdong Province and provide suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of innovation and economy. The results show that in recent years, Guangdong has a high coordination on innovation-driven development. However, it has problems like insuflacient innovation output, weak achievement transformation ability and other issues.
