摘要
我国的城市化进程快速推进中伴随着城市病及水生态环境的危机,从海绵城市的特点出发,针对海绵城市建设项目中非建筑与小区类的项目,提出全寿命周期建设过程中的项目管理模式,借助物联网及云平台来实现多方参与,全方位、多角度地控制海绵城市建设;系统地分析该项目管理模式,分别对全寿命周期中的概念阶段、规划设计阶段、施工阶段、运维阶段、拆除回收阶段设计各相关方因果关系,具体地分析相关方的相互作用机理。
China, in the rapid progress of urbanization process, is accompanied by urban diseases and aquatic ecological environment crisis. From the characteristics of the sponge city, aiming at sponge city project for non-construction and community projects, this paper puts forward the project management mode in the whole life cycle construction process, puts forward the multi-party, multi-angle control sponge city construction with the Internet of Things and the cloud platform, and makes a systematic analysis on the project management mode. In the conceptual stage of the whole life cycle, the planning and design stage, the construction stage, the facility stage, the dismantling and recovery stage, the causal relationship diagram of each party is designed, and the interaction mechanism of the relevant parties is analyzed.
