摘要
目的:探讨云端微教程在呼吸科实习教学中的应用价值。方法:呼吸科本科实习生,根据是否经历云端微教程辅助学习分成两组,指导学生云端微教程应用。观察实习后测验成绩及师生实习感受,比较两组实习效果。结果:实验组测验成绩高于对照组;师生感觉教学吸引力、知识量优于传统模式。结论:云端微教辅助教学模式,在呼吸内科实习中比传统教学模式具有提高学习成绩、扩大知识面的明显优势。
Objective:To investigate the teaching effect of the respiratory practice with the cloud computing education of micro-tutorial(cloud micro-tutorial).Methods:The respiratory practice interns were divided into two groups of traditional learning interns(control group) and the interns with the assist of cloud micro-tutorial(experimental group).The testing of the medicos and the experiences of teaching and learning were compared after practice.Results:Comparing with the control,the scores of the basic medical knowledge and respiratory professional knowledge were higher in the experimental group(P〈 0.05),in addition the medicos felt the attraction of learning and got more integrated skills.Conclusion:Application of cloud micro-tutorial was more valuable comparing with traditional skill in clinical practice of respiratory disease.
