摘要
肝癌术后复发转移是肝癌患者预后差的重要原因,给临床工作带来很大困扰。现从临床角度解读肝癌术后复发转移的流行病学、危险因素、治疗以及预后、预防措施等,以期更加充分地理解和监控肝癌术后复发转移,指导临床工作。
Recurrence of hepatocellular cancer after resection is the leading reason for patient＇ s poor prognosis, making clinical work more difficult. In the paper, we renewed the epidemiology, risk factors, treatment and prognosis, preventive measures of the recurrence of hepatocellular cancer after resection from the clinical perspective, aiming to understanding the recurrence of hepatoeellular cancer after resection and direct the clinical management.
