河北公路项目管理中招投标是一项重要的内容,合理和公正的招投标能保证工程企业选择最合适的施工单位,从而有效地提高自身的经济效益。论文主要分析了河北公路项目管理中招投标存在的问题,并提出了招投标管理的优化措施,希望对河北公路企业的持续发展以及规范市场秩序有所帮助。
Bidding is an important content in Heibei highway project management, reasonable and fair bidding can guarantee the engineering enterprises to select the most appropriate construction units, so as to effectively improve their economic benefits. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the management of highway project bidding in Hebei, and advances some measures for the optimization of the bidding management, hoping to help the sustainable development of Hebei highway enterprises and regulating market order.
