摘要
全自动串焊机是太阳能电池片组件生产过程中的重要设备,主要完成太阳能电池片的正反面串焊。因此,通过实验对比分析,对串焊机拉带机构进行了改进,解决了因为拉带机构的影响,而造成的焊接后电池串不合格品的问题,提高了串焊机的生产效率和稳定性。
Automatic series welding machine is an important equipment in the production process of solar cell chip module,which mainly completes the positive and negative series welding of solar cell chip.Therefore,we compare and analyze it through experiments.The tape pulling mechanism technology problems of the welding machine are improved to solve a series of quality problems caused by the pulling process of the string welding machine,which results in the production of the battery string unqualified products after welding,and improves the production efficiency and stability of the series welding machine.
