宽箱梁单索面斜拉桥现状检测与评估分析 被引量:1

摘要 单索面斜拉桥具有桥面简洁、视野开阔的优点,但集中于桥梁中心线上的斜拉索对结构抗扭作用有限,故一般采用抗扭刚度较大的宽箱梁作为主梁断面并做成塔梁墩固结体系,结构构造和力学性能相对复杂。为了维护结构正常运营与使用功能,有必要对这类桥梁进行现状病害检测与技术状况评估。以一座在役宽箱梁单索面混凝土斜拉桥为分析对象,通过检测结构外观缺陷、材质状况、索力、桥梁线形、拉索锈蚀断丝等现状病害,依据行业规范分析各构件病害评定标度,计算相关部件评分后对桥梁技术状况等级进行评估,分析主要病害成因后提出桥梁维修养护技术建议。 The cable-stayed bridge with single cable plane has such advantages as concise bridge deck and wide vision,but stay cables concentrated on bridge centerlines have limited effect on structural torsion resistance,so wide box girders with torsional rigidity are used as the main girder section and are made into consolidated system of pierpylon-beam,resulting complexity in structure and mechanical property. To maintain the normal operation and function of such bridge,current situation inspection and technical status assessment are carried out. With a cable-stayed concrete bridge with wide box girder and single cable plane in service as the analysis object,through inspection of visual defects,material condition,cable force,bridge alignment and rust and broken wires of cables etc.,and based on the industry specification,the scales of member defects are evaluated,status score of related components are calculated before the technical condition level of the bridge is evaluated,after the analysis of the cause of major diseases,the technical advice is given for bridge maintenance.
