摘要
调度绞车属于一种十分重要的煤矿运输设备,其使用范围较广,用途较多,且具有轻便易移动,安全性好,可靠性高,运载能力强等优点。为使这种运输设备的效能得到进一步发挥,在简单介绍了调度绞车基本结构的基础上,分析了调度绞车潜存的安全隐患,指出了其日常检查及维护策略,并结合实际工作经验,总结了其常见故障及具体处理方法,以期能更好地保障调度绞车运输的安全、高效。
The dispatching winch is a very important coal mine transportation equipment, it has a wide range of use, and has the advantages of portability, easy to move, good safety, high reliability, strong carrying capacity and so on. In order to make the transportation equipment more efficiency, this paper introduces the basic structure of the dispatching winch, analyzes the security risks of dispatching winch potential, points out the daily inspection and maintenance strategy, and combined with my practical work experience, summed up the methods of common fault and concrete processing, transportation dispatching winch in order to ensure safe and efficient.
