摘要
LLC谐振型DC/DC变换器因其适用于宽电压输入范围、效率高等优点而备受关注,大规模光伏发电直流汇集的提出使其成为研究的焦点之一。LLC谐振变换器的控制方法主要有变频(VF)控制和移相(PS)控制,分别对两种控制方式下的电路运行机理进行了说明,对电路主要波形进行定性分析。结合光伏本身特性,设计了一种VF和PS控制结合的变模式控制方法。最后搭建了实验样机,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
The LLC resonant DC/DC converter is paid more and more attention because of its advantages of wide input voltage range and high effficiency.It is one of the research focuses in the field of large scale photovoltaic power generation.The control method of the LLC resonant converter mainly includes variable frequency(VF) control and phase shift(PS) control.This paper describes the operation mechanism of the two kinds of control modes respectively.Combined with the characteristics of the photovoltaic system,a control method combining VF and PS control is designed.Finally, an experimental prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
