摘要
为了降低环境变化对气相色谱分析结果的影响,对气相色谱法检测气体时产生检测误差的因素进行了分析,通过分析可知,严格控制检测时的环境变化,可降低检测误差。在不超过标准曲线温度±3℃、气压±1kPa的情况下相对误差可以控制在2.09%以内。进一步计算了相对误差与环境变化之间的关系,提出在不同条件下分别建立不同的标准曲线,并确立了3种标准曲线,提高了检测结果的稳定性及准确性。
In order to reduce the influence of environmental change on gas chromatography analysis, the factors causing the detection error of gas chromatography were analyzed. It is shown that the detection error can be reduced by strictly controlling environmental change during testing, and the relative error can be controlled within 2.09 % when the testing temperature and pressure error relative to the temperature and pressure conditions of standard curve is within ±3℃ ,±1 kPa separately. By studying on the relationship between the detection error and the environment change, it is proposed to establish the standard curves under different conditions, and the stability and accuracy of detection results were improving by establishing 3 kinds of standard curves.
