摘要
设计了甲醇重整制氢过程的具有参数自适应能力的测控系统。该系统可自动、实时地对微反应器系统内的温度、压力、流量和液位等物理量检测与控制,测控系统同时提供了信息实时传输通信和保真反馈功能,为上层管理和控制中心提供有效信息以便下一步的决策。甲醇重整制氢反应器控制系统是燃料电池和其他现场重整制氢(移动氢源)的核心模块系统,本研究潜在的技术可以推广应用到一般的醇类和其他碳氢液态燃料重整制氢反应器中。
A measurement and control system with parameter adaptive ability in the process of methanol reforming and hydrogen production is de- signed. The system can automatically and realtime detect and control the temperature, pressure, water-alcohol vapor flow, gas flow and level in the microreactor system.The measurement and control system also provides real-time transmission, communication and fidelity feedback function by pro- viding effective information for upper management and control center for further decision-making.The control system of hydrogen production reactor by methanol reforming is the core module of fuel cell and other mobile hydrogen source by on-site reforming.The potential techniques of this study can be applied to the general alcohols and other hydrocarbon liquid fuel reformers.
