皖南传统民居春季室内湿度测试及结露研究 被引量:5

Field Investigation of Moisture Conditions and Condensation of Wannan Traditional Dwellings in Spring

摘要 夏热冬冷地区春季昼夜温湿度波动大,相对湿度高,易引起结露现象,影响室内空气品质。本文以皖南传统民居为研究对象,并与该地区现代民居进行对比,对空气温湿度、地面温度进行现场实测,旨在分析室内湿度现状及地面结露情况。研究结果表明:皖南传统民居室内平均温度较低,厅堂平均相对湿度为70%,三合土地面结露现象明显,且主要发生在夜间及上午;厢房的架空地笼结构具有一定保温、防结露作用,室内平均相对湿度为79%。由于花格窗的通风换气作用及内部木质围护结构的湿缓冲作用,厢房室内湿度日波动较稳定。皖南地区居民在过渡季节主要利用自然通风进行室内环境调节,且传统民居气密性较差,室内湿度变化对室外湿环境变化具有较强的线性相关性。 It is susceptible for buildings in the hot summer/cold winter region with a high relative humidity to moisture condensation due to a high diurnal temperature and humidity fluctuation in spring,which has an influence on the indoor air quality. A field measurement of air temperature/humidity and ground temperature was carried out in a Wannan traditional dwelling compared with that in a modern dwelling in order to figure out the status quo of indoor moisture conditions and condensation. The results suggested that the average indoor temperature in the traditional dwelling is comparatively low. The average relative humidity was at 70% in the hall,which has a severe condensation on the ground especially during night and forenoon. In contrast,the suspended timber wooden floor in the wing-room with an average relative humidity at 79% played a vital role in thermal insulation and anticondensation. Moreover,the daily humidity fluctuation in the wing-room is desirably low mainly due to the air exchange through the hollowed-out windows and the moisture-buffering effect of wooden internal walls. Indoor humidity is strongly and linearly dependent on the outdoor humidity environment because the occupants in Wannan area mainly adopt the natural ventilation strategies to regulate indoor environment in mild seasons in spite of a poor air-tightness in the traditional dwellings.
