摘要
采用BATMAN-TCM平台对清心解瘀方组方中药(黄芪、丹参、川芎、藿香、黄连)的19个入血成分进行网络药理学分析,预测得到靶标基因60个,这些基因在27条通路显著富集,提示清心解瘀方可能通过抑制炎症反应、抗血小板、调节心肌细胞钙稳态、抑制交感神经系统、调节糖脂代谢等环节发挥治疗冠心病的作用。通过靶标基因的疾病条目富集分析发现,清心解瘀方不仅可以治疗缺血性心脏病、心律失常、高血压、心力衰竭等心血管疾病,可能对帕金森氏病、慢性阻塞性肺病、抑郁症等当今社会的常见病、多发病亦有一定的治疗作用。
Nineteen components from Qingxin Jieyu formula in blood were imported in BATMAN-TCM platform to make the network pharmacological analysis. Sixty target genes were significantly enriched in 27 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes( KEGG) signaling pathways,which were related with inhibiting inflammatory reaction,antiplatelet,regulating calcium homeostasis,inhibiting sympathetic nervous system,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, et al. In addition, the disease items enrichment analysis showed that not only cardiovascular diseases, such as ischemic heart disease, arrhythmia, hypertension and heart failure, but also other common diseases,such as Parkinson's disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,depression and so on,may be treated by Qingxin Jieyu formula.
