摘要
阐述了当前我国电力体制改革和"西电东送"推动的跨省区中长期交易对电力系统调度运行和安全校核工作的要求,结合未来发展趋势,提出了基于中长期机组组合的外送断面电量极限计算方法及其数学模型。最后,通过某省级电网的实际算例验证了所提出方法和数学模型的有效性。
This paper expounds the requirements of power system operation and security constrains under the current power system reforming and trans-provincial medium & long-term trading. The requirements are prompted by transferring the electricity from the western areas to east China. Considering the future development, a computing method and its mathematical model is proposed for the outwards transmission section electric energy limit based on the medium & long-term unit commitment. Finally, by using a practical example of a provincial power grid, the effectiveness of the proposed method and mathematical model is verified.
