摘要
纸盒输送部件是屋顶纸盒灌装机重要组成部分,其作用是将纸盒推送至芯轴加工工位。对屋顶纸盒送盒输送部件的驱动进行了设计,建立了三维模型,并基于Sim Mechanics进行运动学仿真。设计的机构效率高、输送平稳,保证了产品的包装质量和安全性。
Carton supply assembly unit is the imperative part of roof-type filling machine. The function of this assembly unit is to send cartons to location which the bottom of the carton will be processed. The carton supply assembly unit will be designed in this paper. Then constructing a three dimensional model and simulate based on SimMechanics. The characteristics of this unit are that the efficiency of it is higher and the processing of carton supply is smooth and steady. Due to these characteristics, the quality and security of product can be guaranteed.
