摘要
文章对建筑工程项目管理中价值工程的实际应用情况进行详细分析,以项目管理的三大目标——进度、质量以及成本为研究内容,对价值工程的实际应用中具体问题进行了研究,揭示了进度、质量及成本间的相互关系,提出了全寿命周期成本控制和质量管理的基本原则。
In this paper, the practical application of value engineering in construction project management is analyzed in detail. Taking the three major objectives of project management as progress, quality and cost as research contents, the specific problems in the practical application of value engineering are studied, reveals the progress, quality and cost of the relationship between the proposed life-cycle cost control and quality management of the basic principles.
