摘要
本文阐释了基层公共图书馆在消除数字鸿沟方面的优势及存在的不足,从5个方面论述了基层公共图书馆如何消除数字鸿沟:加大财政投入,多渠道筹措资金;建立完备的基层公共图书馆体系;发挥资源优势,满足读者信息需求;加强读者信息素养教育;提高馆员信息素养,加快人才建设。
This paper explained the advantages and existing problems of public libraries in the elimination of digital divide, and proposed the measures from 5 aspects, including increasing financial input, establishing comprehensive public library system, playing the resource advantages to meet the needs of readers, strengthening the information literacy education of readers and improve the information literacy of librarians to accelerate the construction of talent.
