摘要
从已有内窥镜手术模拟系统设计开发入手,给出了虚拟膝关节镜手术模拟系统的软件架构和功能模块划分,针对虚拟内窥镜及手术模拟过程中的三维模型重建、变形与精确切割、碰撞检测等若干关键技术进行研究并给出了解决方案,并在此基础上实现了虚拟膝关节内窥镜的实时漫游和虚拟膝关节镜手术模拟系统。
From the design and development of virtual endoscope system,the system framework and functional module division on virtual surgical simulation system are proposed.The key techniques of three-dimensional model reconstruction,deformation and accurate cutting,collision detection are researched,then the solutions on the key techniques are given.Based on these methods,the real-time walking in virtual arthroscopy navigation system and development of a virtual arthroscopy surgery simulation system are realized.
