摘要
近年来,随着我国高等院校扩招的不断深化,高等教育也逐渐从精英教育阶段过渡到大众教育阶段,在这一教育改革背景下,社会对人才的需求结构也在不断发生变化,以社会需求为导向的高校人才培养也逐渐趋向于应用型人才培养,民族地区高校人才培养在一般高校人才培养模式的共性基础上,还存在一定的特殊性。
