摘要
目的探讨农村在校小学生防灾减灾知识技能水平及其相关因素。方法采用方便取样方法,根据文献回顾并结合此次研究自制问卷,对云南省昭通市鲁甸县火德红镇某小学180名五年级学生进行问卷调查。结果小学生防灾减灾相关知识得分为(26.58±3.46)分、技能得分(7.37±1.64)分、总分(33.95±4.19),农村在校小学生防灾减灾知识及技能的掌握与性别、对灾害的认知及灾害经历等因素有关。小学生听说过洪水,其洪水的技能得分高于其他小学生;小学生家人经历过地震及火灾,其地震和火灾的知识技能得分高于其他小学生;男生的防灾减灾技能高于女生;均差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);小学生在自然灾害不同项目的知识技能总体掌握情况中,自然灾害相关知识掌握正确率为67%,家庭备灾正确率为61%,急救正确率为41%。结论农村在校小学生防灾减灾知识及技能缺乏;应根据当地农村小学生的特点及当地地理特点有针对性地开展多途径的防灾减灾教育培训,尤其是女生的技能培训,以提高小学生防灾减灾能力。
Objective To study on disaster risk reduction (DRR) knowledge and skill and their related factors for elementary school students in a disaster-prone and rural area. Methods A convenience sampling strategy was adopted. It contained demographic information, knowledge and skill on natural disasters, disaster first-aid and family preparedness. One hundred and eighty students from the elementary school completed a self-report questionnaire. Results The total mean and standard deviation of DRR knowledge and skill was33.95~4.19. Male students and those with past disaster experience were associated with higher levels of DRR know^edge and skill compared to the female students and without past disaster experience (P〈0.05). Conclusion DRR knowledge and skill was inadequate for elementary school students in a disaster-prone and rural area, particularly for the female students and those without past disaster experience. The DRR training is imperative.
