摘要 随着国家产业政策调整,建筑业转型升级成为必然,装配式建筑的发展也列入大力推广发展的国策。装配式混凝土结构住宅作为装配式建筑的重要形式之一,是保障性住房建筑重点推广的形式。在装配式建筑全生命周期应用BIM技术,可以实现设计、生产、装配乃至装修和运营的全产业链信息化管理,构建项目各方共享的信息平台,实现项目全生命周期全产业链的信息实时交互,避免返工和信息传递交叉与错误,实现建筑产业现代化。结合实例,介绍装配式混凝土住宅的BIM应用实例,引导建筑行业信息化发展。 With the national industrial policy adjustment,the transformation and upgrading of construction industry become inevitable,and the development of assembly type building is also included in the vigorously promoting national policy. As one of the important forms of prefabricated building,prefabricated concrete structure has been paid more and more attention used in indemnificatory housing.BIM technology used in the whole life of building can realize the whole industry chain information management including design, production, assembly, decoration and operation of the construction project. Then all the participants share the information platform to achieve real-time information interaction. This operation mode can avoid rework and cross information transmission and error,and can realize the modernization of the construction industry. This paper introduces the BIM implicating in the fabricated steel structure residential house with an example in order to provide reference for similar projects and guide the development of the construction industry information.
