摘要
通过对野生分离得到的8个羊肚菌(Morchella)菌株在菌丝生长、菌核产生、出菇产量和子囊果形态等方面进行综合评价,并以四川主产区的栽培品种——川羊1号为对照,筛选出适合本地日光温室栽培的羊肚菌菌株M-S1。
The mycelial growth, sclerotia production, mushroom yield and ascocarp morphology of 8 Morchella strains isolated in the wild were comprehensively evaluated, taking Chuanyang No.1, a cultivated variety in Sichuan main production area as con- trol, Morchella strains M-S1 was screened, which is suitable for cultivation in local greenhouse.
