摘要
对高压电气设备外部绝缘体的故障检测,能够有效保证电力系统的安全运行。对绝缘体图像进行故障检测,需要采用imadjust函数进行图像对比度调节,选取图像中光斑面积大小作为紫外成像量化参数,完成图像故障检测。传统方法将设备复杂区域进行分割,并提取盘面区域和钢帽区域的温度特征,但忽略了对图像的紫外成像量化参数的获取,导致检测精度偏低。提出基于紫外线成像技术的检测方法,建立了高压电气设备外部绝缘体紫外图像数学模型,对噪声信号利用梯形低通滤波器进行了滤波处理;对包含故障特征的放电光斑图像进行格式转换,选取放电光斑图像中的光斑面积大小作为紫外成像量化参数,根据其与放电量之间的关系进行高压电气设备外部绝缘体故障检测。仿真研究结果表明,所提方法能够实现合成绝缘子端部金具、均压环反装、均压环拼装结构连接处绝缘可靠性的准确检测和放电分析。
To detect fault of external insulator in high voltage electrical equipment can effectively ensure the safe operation of electric power System. Therefore, this paper proposes a detection method based on ultraviolet imaging technology. Firstly, the mathematical model of ultraviolet image of external insulators in high voltage electrical equip- ment is built. Then, the trapezoidal low-pass for filtering is used to filter wave of noise signal. Moreover, the format of discharge spot image with fault characteristics is converted and the spot size in discharge spot image is selected as UV imaging quantization parameter. According to the relationship between it and discharge quantity, the fault of ex- ternal insulation in high voltage electrical equipment is detected. Simulation results show that the proposed method can realize the accurate detection and discharge analysis of the interface of composite insulator with end fitting, the reverse loading of grading ring and the insulation reliability of junction in grading ring assembling structure.
