摘要 "互联网+"概念的推进带来教育理念的变革。"互联网+"时代的教育应真正以学习者为核心,注重个性化与自主性。顺应这一时代背景下教与学的角色转变,"赋权增能"的教学理念倡导"角权责统一、做学用合一、能力内生"的学习体验。贯彻"赋权增能"理念,个性化英语学习中"编辑维基百科"任务的创新设计为未来"互联网+"时代背景下以学习者为中心、注重个性化学习的教学改革与发展提供了实践经验。 The advancement of "Internet Plus" has brought about the reform in the educational concept. Education in the "Internet Plus" era should revolve around the learner's needs, and reinforces individualized and autonomous learning. Catering to the transformed roles of teaching and learning against the current background, the "empowering" educational concept advocates the learning experience of "unifying roles, rights and responsibilities, and integrating doing, learning and using to enable the innate growth of eapabilities."Implements thi~: concept, the innovative design of the "editing Wikipedia entries'task in individualized English learning provides practical experience for future educational reforms and development, which highlight learner-centered and individualized learning, against the background of the "Internet Plus" era.
