摘要
介绍吕海江教授治疗原发性视网膜色素变性(RP)的经验。RP属于中医眼科内障范畴,其病因病机错综复杂,以虚为本,虚瘀夹杂,主要涉及肾、肝、脾三脏;肾阳不足、肝肾阴虚、脾胃气虚为其主要证型;临床治疗宜补肾助阳,滋补肝肾,益气健脾,并将开郁活血通络贯穿本病治疗始终。
Professor Lyu Haijiang＇s experience in the treatment of retinitis pigmentosa（RP） was introduced in this paper.RP belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine ophthalmology category,the pathogenesis is perplexing,deficiency of blood stasis,it mainly involved in kidney,liver and spleen; the insufficiency of kidney-yang,yin deficiency of liver and kidney and insufficiency of spleen-qi and stomachqi are the major types of its syndrome.It is necessary to tonify the kidney and support yang; reinforce the kidney yang,nourishing liver and kidney and replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen in clinical treatment.It is equally important to put promoting qi circulation and removing obstruction in the collateral,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals into the treatment process of this disease.
