洋参蒺藜多糖片的制备及其抗疲劳功能研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:洋参蒺藜多糖片的制备及其抗疲劳功能研究。方法:将提取的西洋参和白蒺藜中的多糖成分与辅料混合制片。通过正交试验优选出洋参蒺藜多糖片的最佳制备工艺,紫外分光光度法测定其多糖含量,然后分别将洋参蒺藜多糖片水溶物12g/kg、24g/kg、36g/kg给小鼠灌胃,测定负重游泳时间,小鼠肝糖原、血乳酸、血清尿素氮含量。结果:片剂的最佳辅料及质量比为蔗糖∶糊精∶玉米淀粉∶硬脂酸镁(9∶16∶6∶0.12),其平均多糖含量为98.14mg/g。在负重游泳实验中,小鼠给药组游泳时间显著大于阳性对照组(p<0.05),且血乳酸和血清尿素氮也显著低于阳性对照组(p<0.05)。结论:洋参蒺藜多糖片具有明显的抗疲劳作用,能显著降低小鼠的运动疲劳指标。 objective :Study on the preparation of Ginseng and tribulus polysaccharide tablet and its anti-fatigue function. Methods :The preparation technology of compound American ginseng and Tribulus terrestris polysaccharide was optimized by orthogonal test,and the content of polysaccharide was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Mice were treated with 12 g/kg,24 g/kg,and 36 g/kg of the polysaccharides respectively. Weight load swimming test,liver glycogen,blood lactate and serum urea contents were all tested. Result :The best ratio of sucrose,dextrin,starch,magnesium stearate was 9∶16∶6∶0.12. The average polysaccharide content was 98.14 mg/g. In the weight loading swimming experiment,the mice swam significantly longer than the positive control group(p〈0.05),and the blood lactate and serum urea nitrogen were also significantly lower than the positive control group(p〈0.05). Conclusion :Ginseng and tribulus polysaccharide tablet has obvious anti-fatigue effect,which can significantly reduce mice exercise fatigue.
