摘要
采用全二维气相色谱质谱联用技术对柴油进行了分离定性,并对比分析了在不同程序升温速率、调制解调周期、色谱柱极性等条件下的分离情况,进而对实验条件进行了优化。实验发现在同一色谱柱条件下,改变调制解调周期对一维方向上分离情况影响不大,对二维方向上分离情况影响较为明显;不同极性色谱柱对柴油分离情况存在明显差异。并对柴油的组成成分进行了分析,并测算了其主要成分的相对比例关系,为今后不同型号、产地柴油的区分打下基础。
The components of diesel were separated and identified by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography mass spectrometry.The separation conditions under different program heating rate,modulation and demodulation cycle,and column polarity were compared and the experimental conditions were optimized.The experimental results show that under the same column conditions,changing the modulation and demodulation period has little effect on the separation in the onedimensional direction,but has obvious influence on the separation in the two-dimensional direction.There are significant differences in the diesel separation with different polar columns.The composition of diesel oil was analyzed and the relative proportions of the main components were calculated.This methed laid the foundation for the distinction of different types of diesel in the future.
