信号控制交叉口的复合动态车道管理方法 被引量:11

摘要 为了深度挖掘城市干道的存量空间资源、高效应对机动车重载方向的周期性变化,提出了一种适用于干道沿线信号控制交叉口的复合动态车道管理方法。遵循传统的交叉口渠化原则,根据机动车重载方向的变化特点,在干道相对进出口道组合设置潮汐车道、可变导向车道和常规车道。利用常规的交通控制设施和信号控制技术进行交通运行管理。建立基于交通事件的拉链车与可变车道行驶方向标志的联动方式。机动车交通需求高峰时段的仿真实验结果显示,与现有方法相比,复合动态车道管理方法能够改善交叉口的整体性能,更加均衡地利用干道双向的道路空间,这种性能优势随着交叉口机动车交通负荷的提高而愈发显著。 A Hybrid Dynamic Lane Operation(HDLO)is proposed for signalized intersection along an urban arterial to make best use of available arterial space and efficiently serve periodic unbalanced directional traffic.In accordance with the predominant direction of travel that varies over time,reversible lanes,changeable approach lanes,and conventional lanes are placed in combination on the opposing approaches along the arterial to channelize intersection in a traditional way.The movement of traffic is managed by traffic control device and signal timing techniques that are commonly used.Directions of travel on reversible lanes and changeable approach lanes are reoriented by traffic eventdriven cooperation of road zipper and changeable lane-use sign.Simulation of peak periods is carried out and results indicate that,in contrast to existing lane operations,the proposed HDLO can improve intersection performance and balance the use of bidirectional arterial space.The operation advantage of HDLO becomes more significant when the intersection is operated near or over the capacity.
