摘要 在铝电解过程中使用的预焙阳极不能全部消耗,预焙阳极剩余部分作为残极,返回阳极生产系统。残极在返回过程中,由于各个流通环节的制约因素,使残极表面附着物清理不干净,导致残极灰分影响了预焙阳极质量。本文从残极灰分、残极流转工序及流程改造等环节入手,以预焙阳极质量灰分指标为切入点,来分析残极灰分对预焙阳极质量灰分的影响,并根据实际生产情况,提出一些方法。 As prebaked anode blocks during aluminum reduction cannot be consumed completely,the remaining parts return to the anode production process as butts. During the returning process,the attachment on the surface of butts is not cleaned cleanly so that the butt ash has influence on the quality of prebaked anode blocks due to the restriction factors of the circulation. In this paper,the influences of ash content on the quality of prebaked anode blocks are analyzed from some aspects such as the ash contents,transfer procedures and process transformation taking ash index of quality of prebaked anode blocks as the point cut,and some methods are proposed according to the actual production situation.
