摘要
采用化学镀方法在45钢表面制备Ni-P-PTFE镀层,利用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机测试镀层的显微硬度、磨损质量和摩擦因数,并用扫描电镜和EDS能谱仪观察镀层的表面形貌及分析元素组成。结果表明:随着PTFE含量增加,Ni-P-PTFE镀层的显微硬度、磨损质量以及摩擦因数均呈下降趋势;当PTFE的含量为8 m L/L时,镀层显微硬度、磨损质量和摩擦因数分别为344HV、7.5 mg和0.38。
Ni-P-PTFE coatings were prepared on the surface of 45 steel by using electroless plating method. The microhardness tester,friction and wear testing machine were applied to test the microhardness,wear mass and friction coefficient of the Ni-P-PTFE coatings. The surface topography and composite elements were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and EDS. The results indicate that when the PTFE contents increase,the microhardness,friction coefficient and wear mass of Ni-P-PTFE composite coatings show a downward trend. When the PTFE content is 8 m L/L,the microhardness,wear and friction coefficient of the coatings are 344 HV,7.5 mg and 0.38,respectively.
