摘要
采用不同的锻压温度对304不锈钢法兰管锻压成型,并进行25℃室温和500℃高温磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:始锻温度从1 100℃增至1 190℃、终锻温度从760℃增至880℃,法兰管室温磨损性能先提高后基本不变然后再下降,高温磨损性能先提高后下降;法兰管的始锻温度和终锻温度分别优选为1 145、860℃。
The forging operation of 304 stainless steel flange pipe was carried out with different forging temperature,and the wear performance test at 25 ℃ and 500 ℃ were carried out and analyzed. The results show that with the initial forging temperature increasing from 1 100 ℃ to 1 190 ℃,the final forging temperature increasing from 760 ℃ to 880 ℃,the wear resistance of the flange tube is basically unchanged and then decreases,and the high temperature wear property first increases and then decreases. The initial forging temperature and the final forging temperature of the flange tube are preferably 1 145 ℃ and 860 ℃,respectively.
