摘要
以油杉种子、枝条和花粉为原料,采用石油醚、正己烷和乙醇为溶剂,探讨油杉组分抽提时间和抽提溶剂对其抽出物含量的影响,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用分析其抽出物的化学组成。结果表明,随抽提时间的延长,油杉种子、枝条和花粉的抽出物含量呈不断上升的趋势,抽出物含量大小顺序为种子>枝条>花粉;油杉种子的石油醚抽出物含量最高,枝条和花粉的乙醇抽出物含量最高;油杉种子和花粉的正己烷抽出物中化合物主要为α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯,油杉枝条的正己烷抽出物中化合物主要为5-(7a-异丙烯基-4,5-二甲基-八氢茚-4-基)-3-甲基-2-烯戊醇和α-蒎烯。
The seeds, twigs and pollen of Keteleeria fortunei were used as extracted raw materials by petroleum ether, N-hexane and ethanol. The effect of extracted time and extracted solvent on the extracted content was discussed, and the chemical composition of the extracted products was analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The results showed that with the increase of extraction time, extracted content of seeds,twigs and pollen of Keteleeria fortunei showed a rising trend, and the order of extracted content was seed 〉 twigs 〉 pollen ; for seeds, when using petroleum ether as solvent extraction, the extracted content was highest, and for twigs and pollen, when using ethanol as the solvent extraction, the extracted content was highest; the main compounds of seeds and pollen extracted by n-hexane were alpha pinene and beta pinene, the main compounds of twigs extracted by n-hexane were 5-(7a-Isopropenyl- 4,5-dimethyl-octahydroinden-4-yl)-3-methyl-pent-2-en-l-ol and alpha pinene.
