响应曲面法优化高剪切分散乳化提取破布木果多糖 被引量:3

摘要 多糖类物质不仅是一种非特异性免疫增强剂,而且具有降血糖、降血脂、抗凝血等多种生理活性,本文探究了维药破布木果多糖的最佳提取工艺。采用高剪切分散乳化(High shear dispersing emulsification,HSDE)技术,探讨了液料比、高剪切时间、高剪切速度对多糖得率的影响,采用响应曲面法(Response Surface Method,RSM)进行优化,得到最佳提取工艺参数。结果表明:在液料比为50∶1(mL∶g),剪切时间为3.0 min,剪切速度为16000 r/min,破布木果多糖得率为(111.43±0.1)mg/g;高剪切分散乳化技术大大缩短了提取时间,避免有效成分的损失,在天然产物提取方面极具应用前景。 Polysaccharide is not only a non-specific immune enhancement agent, but also has hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, anticoagulant and other physiological activities. To study and optimize the best extract conditions of polysaceharides from Cordia dichotoma fruits, by using high shear dispersing emulsification(HSDE).The effects of treatment time, rotary speed and liquid-solid ratio were investigated. Based on the single-factor tests, response surface method(RSM) was used to optimize the extraction. The optimum HSDE treatment conditions were as follows:3 rain of treatment time, 16000 r/rain rotary speed and 50 mL/g of liquid-solid ratio, the contents of polysaeeharides were 111.43 + 0.1 mg/g. The results indicate that the HSDE can provide a high contents in a short time and the method was easy and efficient. In conclusion, high shear dispersing emulsification save extraction time and avoid the loss of activity principle, it has great application prospect in natural product extraction.
