摘要
以优化适应装配式建筑的前期管理流程为研究对象,结合装配式建筑在其前期管理流程中具有的独特性,分析传统管理流程体系在装配式建筑前期管理流程中运用的不匹配性所导致的影响,提取装配式建筑前期管理的11个管理流程元素和管理关键节点。运用解释结构模型(ISM法)对关键流程进行结构化建模分析,通过结构层次划分进行流程再造与优化,提出适用于装配式建筑特点的前期阶段管理流程,以提高该类项目的综合绩效。
Taking optimizing the prefabricated building pre stage management process as the research object, and combined wtih the unique that prefabricated building has in its pre stage management process, this paper analyzes the influence of mismatch caused by the traditional management process system in the pre stage management process of the prefabricated building, and extracts 11 management process elements and key nodes of the management. Then, uses ISM to model and analyze the key processes, carries out the process reengineering and optimization through the structural level division, proposes the management process which is suitable for the characteristic of prefabricated building, in order to improve the comprehensive performance of the projects.
