摘要
目的探讨护理本科生的人文素质培育方案的实施效果。方法对2013级27名护理本科生进行人文素质培育。(1)课内人文素质教育课程:包括嵌入课程的全生命周期健康管理与人文关怀和基于中国传统文化的护理人文关怀教育。(2)课外人文关怀活动培育:包括全程"双导师"制的早期临床体验、反思日记和人文素质积分卡等培育活动。(3)实习前人文素养培训:以关怀体验为导向的实习前综合能力培训。以学生反思日记和实习体验报告、综合能力考核来评价教学效果。结果对学生的临床反思日记和实习体验报告进行分析,提取出增强了人文关怀体验、深化了职业情怀体验两大主题。护理本科生综合能力考核的总分为(84.90±1.88)分。结论课内外交融并行的人文素质教育将人文关怀内化于心,"双导师"制深化了学生的职业情怀,人文素质培育方案行之有效。
Objective To explore the effects of humanistic quality cultivation on nursing undergraduates. Methods The program was implemented among undergraduate nursing students of grade 2013 in the school Details of the program were as follows:humanities and humanities education curriculum(entire life cycle of health management and humanistic care and nursing care based on traditional Chinese culture humane care education);extraeurricular humanistic care(double supervisor system of early clinical experience,reflection diary and humane quality score card and other cultivation activities);and pre-internship humanities literacy training(comprehenslve ability training oriented by caring experience). The effects were evaluated by student reflection diary,internship experience reports ,and comprehensive ability assessment. Results Two themes of "enhancing the humanistic care experience" and "deepening the vocational feelings experience" were emerged by the diary and report analysis. The mean score of comprehen- sive abilities was 84.90±1.88. Conclusion Humane care is natural by incorporating humanistic quality education in and out of curriculum. Double supervisor system can deepen the humane experience. The humanistic quality culti- vation program for undergraduates in our university is effective and worth promotion.
