摘要
为保证车辆的高动力性能,有效应对煤矿井下复杂的地质条件与恶劣工况,根据增扭器结构形式与典型传动方案,进行了行星齿轮增扭器结构、传动比、配齿及传动优化等的设计,并借助MATLAB编程实现相关参数的确定,以期提供较好的行星齿轮增扭器选型,保证其工作状态,实现使用价值。
In order to guarantee the high dynamic performance of vehicle, respond to the underground coal mine complicated geological conditions and poor working conditions effectively, a planetary gear torque booster was designed and disposed from aspects of construction, transmission, teeth-matched and drive optimizations, which is on the basis of common torque booster's structural style and typical transmission schemes. At last, relevant parameters were confirmed by MATLAB programming, hoping that a good planetary gear torque booster model selection can be provided, and the torque booster can work in a relative good state and realize its application value.
