摘要
建立较为精确的DOC模型,从喷油参数和EGR率等影响机内DPF再生的主要控制参数着手,详细分析了各参数对DOC温度的影响规律,研究结果表明:主喷正时、主喷油量、轨压、远后喷油量、近后喷油量、预喷正时、预喷油量和EGR为重要的机内影响DOC温升控制参数,在优化参数选择,优化范围的确定等方面对机内DPF再生控制策略的制定及再生MAP的快速标定具有参考意义。
A diesel oxidation catalyst temperature model was established. The main internal DPF regeneration control parameters such as injection parameters and EGR ratio were selected to analyze the effect on the temperature of DOC. The law curve of each parameter was obtained. The simulation results indicate that the main-injection timing, main-injection quantity, rail pressure, late-injection quantity, post-injection quantity, pre-injection timing, pre-injection quantity and EGR rate are the most influential parameters. The simulation results have guiding significance for the formulation of internal DPF regeneration control strategy.
