摘要
知识搜索是企业提高创新能力的重要途径。基于电子设备制造行业88家高技术中小企业的面板数据,构建实证模型,探讨知识搜索的广度和深度对高技术中小企业创新能力的影响机理以及不同维度的知识元素关系特征对以上过程的调节作用。研究表明,知识搜索广度和搜索深度都对创新能力呈倒U型影响;知识互补性负向调节知识搜索广度对创新能力的影响,知识替代性的正向调节假设只得到部分支持;知识替代性负向调节知识搜索深度对创新能力的影响,但知识互补性并未呈现相应调节作用。对于高技术中小企业的有关创新决策具有重要启示。
Knowledge search is an important way to improve the innovation capability of enterprises. Based on the panel data of 88 high-tech SMEs in the electronic equipment manufacturing industry,we constructs the empirical model to explores the effect mechanism of the breadth and depth of knowledge search on the innovation capability of high-tech SMEs and the moderating effect of knowledge element relations in different dimensions. The results show that both breadth and depth of knowledge search have an inverted U-shaped relationship with SMEs' innovation capability. In the process of search breadth affecting the innovation capability,the knowledge complementarity plays negative moderating role,but the positive effect of knowledge substitutability are only partially supported by the data.The knowledge substitutability negatively moderate the impact of search depth on innovation capability,but the moderating effect of knowledge complementarity do not work. The result of research is of great significance to the innovation decision of high-tech SMEs.
