摘要
为研究现浇泡沫轻质土的基本力学特性,结合铁路杭州东站软土路基地基处理工程,配制不同配合比的泡沫轻质土,分别开展了浸水状态泡沫轻质土的密度增重试验及抗压强度试验。采用最优配合比的轻质土,开展直剪、无侧限抗压强度、三轴抗压强度、压缩固结试验及现场平板载荷试验,检测泡沫轻质土的力学指标。通过对试验结果分析,探讨了浸水与轻质土密度的关系,总结了泡沫轻质土的变形破坏特征及应力应变规律。研究表明:泡沫轻质土既不同于一般黏性土,也有别于普通混凝土,其各项指标均满足铁路软土路基地基处理设计要求。泡沫轻质土作为一种新型材料具有良好的应用前景,研究成果可以为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
For proving the basic mechanical properties of cast-in-place foamed lightweight soil, this paper combined with soft subgrade treatment engineering of Hangzhou East Station, through making different mix proportion of foamed lightweight soil, the density increment test and compressive strength test of foamed lightweight soil under soaking conditions were respectively carried out. By adopting the best mix proportion of lightweight soil, the tests of direct shear, unconfined compressive strength, triaxial compressive strength, compression consolidation and the field plate loading were conducted, so as to check the mechanical characteristics of foamed lightweight soil. Based on the analysis of the test results, this paper discussed the relationships between soaking and density of lightweight soil and summarized the deformation and failure characteristics as well as stress-strain laws of foamed lightweight soil. The study shows that foamed lightweight soil is different from the general clay and concrete, and its indicators totally meet the requirements of railway soft subgrade treatment. As a new type of material, foamed lightweight soil has good application prospect, and the research results could provide a reference for similar projects.
