摘要 在盾构隧道施工中,盾构穿越地表建构筑物通常是施工过程中的重大风险源,尤其是在复合地层中的盾构施工。面对圆砾泥岩的复合地层盾构掘进,从盾构选型、施工参数控制等方面总结了复合地层盾构下穿建构筑物风险控制。同时对复合地层中盾构穿越圆砾泥岩段的掘进参数变化规律进行分析,着眼于盾构穿越泥岩层的施工控制,提出了圆砾泥岩复合地层盾构施工的风险控制手段,保障了盾构施工的顺利进行。 In shield tunnel construction, shield tunnelling crossing adjacent buildings is usually the major risk source, especially in the shield construction of composite strata with round gravels and mudstones. This paper summarized the risk control elements of shield tunnelling crossing adjacent buildings in the round gravel and mudstone composite strata from the aspects of shield machine selection and tunnelling parameters control. Meanwhile, the variation laws of tunnelling parameters while the shield crossing the complex strata with round gravels and mudstones were analyzed. With focusing on the construction control of TBM crossing mudstone layer, this paper put forward the risk control means of shield tunnelling in the round gravels and mudstones composite strata, which could guarantee the smooth construction of shield tunnelling.
