摘要
针对日益增长的卫星对地观测需求,提出了一种双层卫星星座设计方案.首先,分析了我国目前对地观测卫星的覆盖性能,以时间分辨率和空间分辨率作为对地观测星座的评价指标;然后,通过优化卫星轨道高度,得到满足任务要求的最优轨道;最后,通过设置轨道相位使得整个星座构成全连通链路,单个地面站与卫星相连便可以与整个星座相连,从而摆脱了对中继卫星的依赖.该方案充分结合了中轨星座时间分辨率高、低轨星座空间分辨率高的优点,相对于传统的单层卫星组网方案,双层星座能够以高空间分辨率和时间分辨率对全球任意目标1 d观测多次,并实现遥测指令与观测数据的实时传输.
Aiming at meeting the growing demands for earth observing, a design scheme of double layered constellation was proposed.Firstly,the coverage performances of Chinese earth observation satellites were analyzed with time and space resolution as the evaluation index. Then through the optimization of satellite orbit altitude, optimal orbit satisfying mission requirements were obtained.Finally,by setting the orbital phase,the whole constellation constituted a full connectivity link.When a single ground station and satellite were linked,this station was connected with the whole constellation,which makes the whole systems gets rid of dependence of the relay satellite. This scheme combines advantages of high earth orbit ? s high temporal resolution and low earth orbit's high spatial resolution.Compared with the traditional scheme of single layered constellation,double-layered constellations can observe ground targets within high spatial and temporal resolution. Telemetry command and observation data can be quickly transferred as well.
