摘要
介绍了生物安全实验室的空调机组切换过程的控制方法;通过对该实验室空调机组的功能参数以及各个房间负压值分配的分析,进行了空调机组送风及排风系统故障切换过程的测试与研究,得出切换方法在生物安全实验室空调机组的主送排风机组出现故障时,备用送排风机组能够快速自动投入运行,并且在切换过程中始终保持压差稳定,无压差逆转及正压现象发生,强调了空调机组无缝切换对保证实验室压差稳定及人员安全的重要性。
Present the control method of the air-conditioning unit switching process used in he bio-safety laboratory. Analyzing the functional parameters of the laboratory air-conditioning unit and the negative pressure distribution of each room, testing and assessing the air-conditioning unit air supply system and air exhaust system fault switching process, find that when the main unit break down, the standby unit can quickly and automatically operate, and always maintain a stable pressure in the process of switching, no Pressure reversal and positive pressure phenomenon.
