摘要
为研究多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)对多壁碳纳米管/交联聚乙烯复合绝缘材料空间电荷特性的影响,采用电声脉冲法对熔融密炼制作的MWNTs/XLPE纳米复合材料试样进行空间电荷分布测试。同时利用极化-去极化电流法测试试样的去极化电流,并用标准油杯电极测试试样的直流击穿场强。结果表明:在不同电场强度下,MWNTs质量分数为0.2%的复合材料试样的空间电荷注入量和累积量都明显小于纯XLPE,具有较强的空间电荷抑制能力;在室温条件下,MWNTs质量分数为0.2%的复合材料的直流击穿场强小于纯XLPE,但稳定性好。
In order to study the effects of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) on the space charge properties of multi-walled carbon nanotube/crosslinked polyethylene (MWNTs/XLPE) composite insulating materials, the samples were prepared by melt mixing and the space charge distribution of them was studied by pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method. At the same time, the depolarization current of the samples was measured by polarization and depolarization current method, and the DC breakdown field strength was measured using standard oil cup electrode. The results show that under different electric field strength, the injection and accumulation of space charge in the composite with 0.2% of MWNTs are much smaller than that of pure XLPE, indicates that the MWNTs/XLPE composite materials have a strong ability to restrain space charge; at room temperature, the DC breakdown field strength of the composite with 0.2% of MWNTs is lower than that of pure XLPE, while the DC breakdown strength of the composite is more stable.
