弱光胁迫对植物生理特性影响的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 光是植物生长发育的重要因子之一,但由于设施环境对光照的限制,温室内往往产生弱光逆境,因此园艺植物弱光胁迫已成为育种领域研究的热点。本研究综述了弱光环境下各种植物的生长发育、光合特性、生理生化活性对逆境的响应,归纳出各项指标与产量之间的关系。目前,国内外的科学研究及生产实践表明,弱光胁迫下植物的叶绿体结构、酶活性、渗透调节物质、内源激素含量等是适应弱光逆境的关键因素。在此期间多项耐弱光机理的研究已获得突破性进展,但在植物的生长周期、地域及品种间的差异方面还无详细的论述。今后应当进一步探索植物的生长规律,尤其在弱光环境下的其他胁迫以及弱光基因的表达和调控方面展开更为深入的研究,为提高品种抗性及更多耐弱光品种的筛选提供参考。 Light is one of the most important factors influencing plants growth and development,while theillumination shortage and the low-light adversity in greenhouse are always caused by the special restrictionconditions,thus the low-light stress has become a hot research spot in cultivation field.The authorssummarized some characteristics,such as vegetation growth,photosynthetic traits,physiological andbiochemical responses to adversity and concluded the relationships between the indicators and output underthe low-light stress.Scientific research and production in recent years showed that:the chloroplast structure,enzymatic activity,osmotic adjustment and endogenous hormones were the key elements for adapting to low-light hardiness.During that period,researches on multiple low-light proof mechanism achieved breakthroughprogress.However,there was still no systemic elaboration on the differences of period,region and varieties.Sowe should make further exploration about plants' growth regulations,especially on other stresses under low-light,gene expression and regulation of low-light stress in order to provide reference for improving theresistance of varieties and screening more low-light resistant varieties.
