摘要
某供热区域由热电厂(配置抽汽凝汽式汽轮机组、热网加热器)作为热源,近期新增住宅小区供热面积约80×10~4m^2。在抽汽参数不变的条件下,考虑到新增供热负荷较小,不适宜扩大热电厂规模。鉴于热电厂附近建有污水处理厂,考虑采用污水源热泵满足新增供热负荷。由于污水源热泵机组设计供水温度远低于一级管网供水温度,因此利用污水源热泵提升一级管网回水温度,在热网流量保持不变的前提下,通过增加热网加热器换热面积,增大供回水温差,满足新增供热负荷需求。将燃气锅炉房方案作为比较对象,对污水源热泵机组方案的经济性进行计算分析。污水源热泵机组方案的造价比燃气锅炉房方案高2 110×10~4元,年运行费用低610.28×10~4元/a,增量投资回收期为3.46 a。
A heating area is made of a thermal power plant (with extraction steam condensing steam turbine unit and heat network heater) as a heat source, and recently, new residential district heating area is about 80×10^4 m^2. Under the conditions of constant extraction parameters, considering the small new heating load, it is not suitable to expand the scale of thermal power plant. In view of the construction of a sewage treatment plant near the thermal power plant, the sew- age source heat pump is considered to meet the new heating load. Because the design water supply temper- ature of sewage source heat pump is far lower than the temperature of water supply of primary circuit, the sewage source heat pump is used to increase the tem- perature of return water of primary circuit. Provided that of the flow rate of heat network remains un- changed, the temperature difference between the sup- ply and return water is increased by increasing the heat exchange area of the heat network heater to meet the new heating load requirement. The gas boiler room is used as the comparative object to calculate and analyze the economy of the sewage source heat pump unit scheme. The cost of the sewage source heat pump unit scheme is 2 110×10^4 yuan hither than that of gas boiler room scheme, but the annual operation cost reduces by 610.28×10^4 yuan. The incremental invest- ment recovery period is 3.46 years.
