摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预对肺结核患者治疗中的应用价值,为护理工作提供新的理论依据。方法选取2016年9月~2017年9月在我院进行肺结核治疗的患者70例,根据护理干预方式的不同分为对照组、观察组,每组35例。对照组采用传统护理干预的方法 ,观察组采用优质护理干预的方法进行护理工作。比较两组患者在心理状态及生活质量方面的不同。结果观察组患者护理后的心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预相比于传统的护理干预的方式在改善肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量方面具有明显优势,在帮助患者恢复健康的同时,还能进一步改善患者的心理问题。
Objectlve To investigate the impact of high quality nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing intervention methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention.The differ- ences of psychological state and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The quality of life score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention has obvious clinical ad- vantages in the psychological state and quality of life of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis compared with traditional nursing intervention,while helping patients recover health,it can further improve the psychological problems of patients.
