摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在偏头痛持续状态患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月在我院收治的60例偏头痛持续状态患者作为研究对象采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、实验组,每组30例。对照组在常规药物治疗基础上加常规护理,实验组在常规药物治疗基础上加综合护理。观察室两组患者每日头痛发作平均时间、头痛程度,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行焦虑、抑郁评分,采用ELISA法测定血清中5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平。结果实验组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组、头痛发作时间短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);入院时两组患者血清5-HT无明显差异(P>0.05),7 d后,实验组患者血清5-HT高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可提高偏头痛持续状态病人临床疗效,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等心理状态,缓解头痛症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To discussthe treatment effect of migraine persistent state patients with comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,60 patients with migraine in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing on the basis of conventional medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of conventional medicine treatment.The average time and degree of headache were measured by SAS and SDS.the serum level of 5-HT was measured by ELISA.Results The pain score of VAS of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, and the time of headache attack was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. SAS and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no signif- icant difference in serum 5-HT between the two groups at admission （P〉0.05）.After 7 days ,the serum 5-HT of the ex- perimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventionwas deserved to be widely applied in clinic as it could improve the clinical curative,relieve anxiety and depression,allevi- ate symptoms of migraine persistent state patients.
