摘要
目的了解儿科护士感知的工作环境、安全氛围和工作效果的现状,明确三者的关系模型。方法采用护理工作指标修订版、组织公民行为量表、安全态度量表对两所三级综合医院儿科病房和儿科ICU的267名注册护士进行问卷调查。结果护士工作环境、安全氛围感知与工作效果具有显著相关性(p<0.05,p<0.001);工作环境既能直接预测护士工作效果,还能通过安全氛围感知的中介作用间接预测工作效果。结论护理管理者应采取有效措施改善护士工作环境,营造良好安全氛围,从而获得较好的护士工作效果。
Objectives To understand the working environment, safety atmosphere and work outcome perceived by pediatric nurses, and to clarify the model of their relationship. Methods Nursing Work Index - Revised, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, and Safety Attitude Scale were employed to investigate 267 registered nurses from pediatric ward and pediatric ICU of two comprehensive tertiary hospitals. Results Working environment and safety atmosphere perception was significantly related to work outcome in nurses (p〈0.05,p〈0.001). Work environment could not only directly predict the work outcome of nurses, but also indirectly predict the work outcome through the mediation effect of safety atmosphere perception. Conclusion Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the working environment and create a safe atmosphere so as to obtain better work outcome of nurses.
