摘要
文章介绍了天津市某三甲医院与一所二级医院医联体建设实践过程,即通过技术扶持、人员培养、学科建设、强化管理、文化融合等五项具体举措构建混合型医联体,并就医联体建设中存在问题提出把握宏观管理,理顺管理与监管职责、明确理事会定位、建立考核体系、加快信息化建设建议,促进医联体更好地发展。
This paper is to state the medical alliance construction between a class three grade one hospital and a class two hospital in Tianjin.During the process of the construction,the five specific measures which were technology support,personnel training,discipline construction,strengthened management and cultural integration were executed in the mixed medical alliance.As far as the problems found during the construction,the suggestions including macromanagement,clear responsibilities for both management and supervision,clear orientation of the council,establishment of assessment system and informatization construction were proposed to promote the development of the medical alliance.
