复杂模具曲面检测技术的研究

Research on Complex Mold Surface Detection Technology

摘要 分析了复杂模具曲面加工误差的检测方法,建立了测量复杂模具曲面检测度的概念,从基于几何拓扑关系的点对点、点对线和点对面等角度,提出了复杂模具曲面加工误差的检测方法、检测原理及误差判据,并进行了仿真验证。 Discusses the detection method of complex mold surface,the measuring complex mold surface detection of concept ,from the geometric topology based point to point ,point to line and the opposite point of view, the machining error detection method, the complex mold surface of the detection principle and the error criterion, which is validated by simulation.
